Responsibilities
Achieve assigned area and territory-wise sales targets for brands and products
Coach territory business managers on field execution and job-related aspects
Monitor monthly and quarterly sales progression against targets by brand and value
Support and develop team members for advancement to next career level
Conduct activities and programs aligned with division strategy
Requirements
BSc or https://jobeax.com/link/pEi8ruGa10KR3Ayc degree; alternatively, post-graduate or graduate degree with strong academic and professional track record
2-4 years of first-line manager experience in pharmaceutical sales
Experience from multinational or leading Indian pharmaceutical companies preferred
Coaching and mentoring capabilities for team development
Analytical and people management skills
Ability to monitor sales metrics and execute regional strategies
