TURNKEY EXECUTION — FROM FIRST SKETCH TO HANDOVER At most firms, an architect's job ends when the drawing set is issued. Here, it ends when the building is handed over — and we have done that, project after project. These are turnkey roles: you will design large projects — townships, high-rises, commercial complexes, hospitality — and then stand on site and execute them. Your master plan drives the unit planning, the services coordination, the authority submissions, and the construction sequence on a live site you personally supervise. Concept design, master planning, and unit planning for large-scale residential townships, villas, group housing, and mixed-use developments — from first sketch to approved scheme. • Own site supervision of your projects — daily execution oversight, working alongside our site engineers and labour contractors to translate drawings into finished structures. • Control quality on the ground: Inspect execution against drawings and specifications — RCC, masonry, finishes, façades — and catch deviations before they get cast, not after. • Coordinate outsourced structural and MEP/services designers against your architectural intent, so one integrated drawing set reaches site — not five conflicting ones. • Set 3D design direction alongside our in-house visualization team; shape façades, materials, and finishes to a premium design language. THE TOOLKIT • Design: AutoCAD, SketchUp (Revit/BIM exposure is a strong plus) • Execution: Site supervision, quality control, execution sequencing, contractor coordination • Visualization: In-house 3D rendering team working under your design direction • Regulatory: UP Building Byelaws, NBC 2016, development authority and RERA submission formats • Typologies: Planned townships, villas, group housing/high-rise, commercial, hospitality WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • https://jobeax.com/link/pxX5mcmxS1umYAku of Architecture (COA) registration. • 2+ years in residential/mixed-use projects — we are hiring at multiple levels, and township, group housing, or high-rise experience is strongly preferred. • Genuine site execution exposure — you've stood on active sites, dealt with contractors, and seen your drawings get built. You can carry a project from concept to execution independently — you don't need someone above you to finish your thinking. • You understand that design quality and execution quality together shape what a buyer pays, how fast a project sells, and how much the brand is trusted. • Design it, then build it — townships, high-rises, commercial, hospitality. You'll shape upcoming projects from the first line — not inherit someone else's half-finished drawing sets.
