Key responsibilities:

1. Planning & Design
Prepare architectural plans, floor plans, elevations and sections.
Plan room sizes, circulation, ventilation, natural light and functionality.
Develop the overall design according to the client's requirements.
2. Working/Construction Drawings
Provide detailed drawings for construction.
Specify dimensions, materials, finishes, doors/windows, toilets, kitchens, etc.
3. Consultant Coordination
