About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
2. Plan and design public and infrastructure projects.
3. Ensure compliance with the National Building Code (NBC), local building bylaws, and project requirements.
4. Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), planning, and other multidisciplinary teams.
5. Participate in site visits, design reviews, and technical discussions as required.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. B.Arch. from a recognized institution.

2. Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.

3. A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.

4. Candidates with consultancy experience will be preferred.

5. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

6. Good understanding of the National Building Code (NBC), development control regulations, and construction practices.

7. Ability to prepare presentation drawings and technical documentation.

8. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
