Job Description:

We are looking for an experien Architect with strong hands-on experience specifically in Commercial projects such as corporate offices, retail stores, showrooms and other commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle commercial and retail projects from concept/design development through execution.

· Prepare space plans, layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections and detailed drawings .

· Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, contractors, consultants, vendors and site teams .

· Conduct site visits and ensure proper implementation of approved designs and drawings.

· Coordinate material, finishes, lighting and other design requirements.

· Resolve design and site-related issues during project execution.

· Ensure projects meet required quality, design standards and timelines .

· Handle multiple projects simultaneously wherever required.

Candidate Requirements:

· Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification.

· 5–8 years of relevant experience in Commercial and/or Retail projects.

· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD ; knowledge of SketchUp and other relevant design software preferred.

· Good understanding of working drawings, detailing, materials and site execution.

· Strong client, vendor and contractor coordination skills.

· Candidates should preferably be based in Mumbai and comfortable working from Powai as it is an onsite job.
