About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design and development of architectural and interior design projects.
2. Prepare concept designs, space planning, layouts, and design presentations.
3. Develop architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
4. Prepare interior design drawings, including furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, electrical layouts, and detailed interior drawings.
5. Develop and coordinate working drawings, construction drawings, and specifications.
6. Develop 3D models and visual presentations when required.
7. Coordinate with senior architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
8. Assist in material selection and preparation of material palettes.
9. Participate in site visits, site measurements, and project coordination.
10. Monitor project progress and assist in resolving design and execution-related issues.
11. Ensure drawings and designs are coordinated and aligned with project requirements and timelines.
