Job Description: AR – Voice Process
Role: Accounts Receivable (AR) – Voice Process
Experience: 1–5 years
Location: As per business requirement
Shift: US Shift
Process: International Voice Process
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
Follow up on pending payments, resolve billing disputes, and clarify invoice-related queries.
Perform collections activities while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Coordinate with customers to establish payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate call records, collection notes, and account updates in the system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
Required Skills
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or International Voice Process.
Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and aging reports.
Good negotiation, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable working in US shifts and achieving performance targets.
