Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in providing efficient and courteous food & beverage service to guests.
Prepare restaurant and banquet areas for service.
Take guidance from senior team members and ensure prompt guest assistance.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Learn service procedures, menu knowledge, and hospitality standards while supporting daily operations.
Eligibility:
Freshers or candidates pursuing/completed a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hotel Management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for guest service.
POSITION SUMMARY Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
