Role Description: The Appointment Scheduler OR Telecaller role is a Part-time, remote position role, responsible for managing and coordinating appointments for clients and internal teams. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, and accurately recording all details in the scheduling and CRM systems. The Appointment Scheduler will provide clear and courteous communication, address basic customer inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary. The role also includes collaborating with team members to optimize calendars, reduce scheduling conflicts, and support sales or service campaigns through timely follow-ups. Consistent adherence to company processes, service standards, and data privacy guidelines is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong appointment scheduling and calendar management skills, with attention to accuracy and time management.
• Candidates should possess excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction.
• Candidates should possess solid customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain a positive client experience.
• Candidates should possess sales and persuasion skills sufficient to support appointment setting for sales initiatives and follow-up campaigns.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a call center or scheduling role, familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
