We are seeking a technically strong Systems Analyst / Developer with solid experience in C# (.NET) and Python development, system integrations, and agile delivery.
Business process analysis and gap identification
You will support multiple sub-verticals within the Fund Services business, modernizing platforms, streamlining workflows, and enabling integrations across systems through custom development, APIs, automation, and cloud technologies.
Manage the delivery of key programs and projects by driving quality assurance testing, developing automation scripts, and ensuring seamless system integrations. Ensure users complete UAT, provide feedback, and sign off on changes before deployment to Live. Support the Application Product Owner by preparing Business Process and Training guides, while also contributing to custom development, API integrations, and data transformation solutions. Provide ongoing technical support, enhance system functionality through scripting and automation, and ensure users are proficient with new features and process improvements.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services using C# (.NET / .NET Core) and Python.
Build and support RESTful APIs, system integrations, and data transformation solutions across internal and third-party platforms.
Develop automation scripts, ETL processes, and migration solutions to support operational efficiency.
Conduct system and process analysis to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog refinement and estimation.
Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master to prioritize deliverables and manage technical scope.
Develop and execute test plans, support automated testing frameworks, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
Support UAT processes, address defects, and ensure production readiness prior to release.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices and quality standards.
Contribute to Azure/AWS cloud deployments and support system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training where required.
Act as a technical liaison between development teams and business users, clearly communicating technical solutions and constraints.
Strong hands-on development experience in C# (.NET / .NET Core) / Python (automation, scripting, data processing)
Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
Relevant Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a software development or technical systems analyst role.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade applications using C# and/or Python.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to enterprise systems or financial platforms is beneficial.
- Experience within Investment Management or Fund Services is a plus but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
