Applications Administrator - Clarity in भारत

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an Applications Administrator to provide L2 operational support for the Clarity PPM platform on a third-shift schedule. The role manages routine incidents, service requests, monitoring, and administration while developing expertise in Clarity configuration and integration technologies through structured training.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Clarity incidents and service requests, owning tickets through resolution or escalation
• Monitor application health, batch processes, interfaces, and scheduled jobs; identify and troubleshoot failures
• Perform routine data-integrity checks, user access administration, and configuration activities per established procedures
• Support testing, UAT preparation, and post-deployment validation for patches, upgrades, and releases
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles; participate in knowledge transfer and team training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years enterprise systems administration experience
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise application support and relational databases with basic SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM administration or production application support
• Clarity user administration, security groups, access requests, and operational procedures knowledge
• Strong analytical troubleshooting capability and attention to detail with effective communication skills
• Ability to work third-shift schedule, weekend maintenance windows, and participate in on-call rotation
• Exposure to GEL scripting, NSQL, XOG, REST APIs, or Clarity integrations preferred
