Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and implement application features aligned with business and application requirements.
• Lead development activities and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and aligned solutions.
• Configure and customize customer relationship management solutions and support integrations and data flows between systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
• Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and manage team performance.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in Oracle CRM Service.
• Proficiency in Oracle CRM Service.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience configuring and customizing customer relationship management solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between multiple systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• 15 years of full-time education.
