Agilent seeks a regional project manager to lead new product launches across Asia Pacific, coordinating regulatory clearance, technical enablement, and channel partner readiness. The role manages multi-country execution from global product readiness through market adoption, requiring cross-functional collaboration and approximately 40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated multi-country product launch programs across APAC from readiness through customer adoption
• Develop country-level launch plans including registration routes, documentation, localization and target activation dates
• Drive regulatory readiness and coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and third-party registration partners
• Support channel partners in launch readiness through training, certification, demo instruments and account planning
• Establish regional launch governance with single readiness view, clear ownership and escalation paths

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related discipline
• 5–8 years product launch or channel partner management experience in medical diagnostics
• End-to-end product launch ownership from planning through first sale
• Structured project management expertise with critical path and risk management skills
• Multi-country APAC delivery experience across India and regulatory/commercial environments
• Demonstrated ability to direct external vendors, consultants and agencies to deliverables
