Role Overview
Our multinational client is looking for an operations professional to support annuity back-office processing.
Key Responsibilities
Process annuity-related transactions.
Meet defined operational KPIs.
Maintain high levels of processing quality and productivity.
Support customer-satisfaction objectives.
Develop strong subject-matter knowledge of assigned processes.
Process sufficient transaction volumes to maintain practical process expertise.
Identify process issues and improvement opportunities.
Maintain accurate documentation and transaction records.
Graduate qualification.
Insurance or annuity-processing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work with structured operational procedures.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Focus on quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
