Analyst Global Trade Compliance in Bangalore, भारत

Illumina seeks an analyst to support global trade compliance programs across tariff classification, export controls, customs valuation, and related areas. The role involves analytical and operational support, regulatory research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and operational support for tariff classification, country of origin, customs valuation, and export controls activities
• Conduct trade compliance research and analyze customs data to identify trends, exceptions, and compliance risks
• Develop and maintain trade compliance reports, dashboards, and management information systems
• Support audit readiness, governance reviews, and process improvement initiatives including digitalization projects
• Collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders on global trade initiatives and compliance questions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, supply chain, business, law, finance, economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of professional experience in trade compliance, customs, import/export, or regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with complex datasets
• Advanced Excel skills; data visualization and analytics tools experience preferred
• Experience with ERP, customs, or global trade management systems (SAP/SAP GTS preferred)
• Fluent English; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional trade compliance or customs certifications a plus
