The Gallagher Center of Excellence is on the lookout for Associate to join our esteemed Claims t eam . As an associate – Claims Reporting , the associate will be responsible for learning and gaining proficiency in assigned processes, successfully completing required certifications, and delivering high-quality operational support. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration within the Shared Services team.

Responsibilities:

Good communication skills (Interpersonal, verbal, Presentation written & Email)

Good Comprehensive skills

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Positive Attitude, Team Player, ability to work independently

Collaborate and maintain strong inter-team relationships

Competencies:

Communication Skills:- Learn and understand assigned business processes, policies, and procedures.

Accountability & Flexibility:- Take responsibility for actions and outcomes while adapting to changing circumstances to meet organizational needs effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum Required Degree: Graduate
• Preferred Degree: Any bachelors degree
• Certificate(s)/Special Training: Customer Service – Need to have/ Insurance Domain knowledge – Good to have

Experience (Career Level Guide):

• 1 yr of experience in Insurance will be good to have
• Good Academic record (50% or above)
• Knowledge, Skills and Ability
  Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Good Comprehension skills
• Basic knowledge of computers
