Job Description :We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect / AWS Contact Center Developer with 5-12 years of handson experience in designing, developing, integrating, and implementing cloudbased contact center https://jobeax.com/link/5WM6jVJPxXxkaX5M ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Amazon Bedrock, Contact Flows, Connect APIs/SDKs, and cloudnative https://jobeax.com/link/4tHEKzNNbiVhk26b role requires a strong combination of backend development, AWS serverless architecture, conversational AI, contactcenter workflow design, API integration, and application https://jobeax.com/link/4QElQTNGM9HINvWI candidate will work closely with solution architects, product owners, UX teams, and engineering teams to translate business requirements, designs, and wireframes into scalable, secure, and highquality technical https://jobeax.com/link/5WM6jVJPxXxkaX5M successful candidate should be comfortable working in a handson engineering environment and should have the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues, optimize Amazon Connect workflows, and develop intelligent customerservice experiences using LLMs, chatbots, and AI https://jobeax.com/link/qgXi820YIqv76aTa Responsibilities :- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Amazon Connectbased contact center solutions.- Develop scalable serverless applications and integrations using AWS Lambda with Python, Java, or Node.js.- Build and maintain integrations with Amazon Connect SDKs and APIs.- Design and implement Amazon Connect Contact Flows for inbound and outbound customer interactions.- Work extensively with Amazon Connect routing, queues, contact attributes, agents, and routing profiles.- Implement and customize Amazon Connect's Precision Routing capabilities to support sophisticated customertoagent matching and routing requirements.- Develop integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise applications, thirdparty systems, and backend services.- Work on Amazon Connect API integrations, including authentication, data exchange, event processing, and workflow orchestration.- Develop and maintain integrations between Amazon Connect and JPMC APIs, ensuring secure and reliable communication between systems.- Design and implement conversational experiences using Amazon Lex.- Develop chatbots and voicebot capabilities using Amazon Lex APIs and AWS Lambda.- Integrate conversational AI capabilities into Amazon Connect contact flows.- Work with Amazon Bedrock to develop and integrate Generative AI capabilities into customerservice and contactcenter solutions.- Build and integrate Amazon Bedrock Agents and explore agentic AI capabilities for enterprise use cases.- Work with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and related agentic AI technologies where applicable.- Develop LLMpowered solutions using models such as Amazon Nova, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI models.- Apply strong prompt engineering techniques to improve response quality, accuracy, consistency, and business relevance.- Design prompts, system instructions, context strategies, and guardrails for LLMbased applications.- Evaluate LLM responses and continuously improve AIdriven customer experiences.- Integrate LLM and Generative AI capabilities with Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, and enterprise APIs.- Develop reusable APIs, microservices, and backend components supporting contactcenter applications.- Translate business requirements, technical specifications, UX designs, and wireframes into highquality productionready code.- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to understand wireframes and (ref:hirist.tech)
