About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create 20 to 40 videos a month for clients' Meta and Google ad campaigns and for the founder's own content, plus the ad images that go with them.
2. Add AI voiceovers with ElevenLabs and captions with Captions.ai.
3. Edit everything into finished ads and reels, sized for each platform.
4. Design static ad images and carousels for performance campaigns.
5. Write and polish hooks, on-screen text, and ad copy in clear English and Hindi.
6. Make several versions of each ad so the team can test what works.
7. Track which creatives get the best results and do more of what works.

Note:

1. The company provides the tools, including Higgsfield, Google Flow, ElevenLabs, https://jobeax.com/link/Kyj1fVj5gVj83GhN, Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and will buy anything else you need.
2. Work schedule: 6 days a week at the Bavdhan office.

Other requirements

1. A portfolio of AI videos you have made yourself (this is the first thing we look at).

2. Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Google Flow (Veo), Kling, or Runway.

3. Comfortable editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

4. Able to design clean ad images in Canva, Photoshop, or with AI image tools.

5. Strong written English and Hindi: on-screen text and copy must be error-free.

6. Fast and reliable: able to deliver 1 to 2 finished videos a day.

7. Ad or real estate creative experience is a strong plus.

8. Based in Pune and able to work from the Bavdhan office.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,84,000 - 5,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 24,000 - 60,000 /year
