Employment Type: Full-time

Neevas is looking for a detail-oriented and creative AI Order Processing & Customer Experience Executive to manage personalised storybook orders from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process and manage customer orders for personalised storybooks.
2. Communicate with customers over chat to understand requirements, collect photos, confirm details, and handle revisions.
3. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, and other AI image-generation/editing tools to create personalised storybook illustrations.
4. Maintain consistency in the child's face, appearance, clothing, and other details across the book.
5. Review AI-generated images and make necessary corrections to meet Neevas quality standards.
6. Coordinate with the internal team for story, design, printing, and dispatch requirements.
7. Conduct a final quality check before completing each order.
8. Ensure orders are completed accurately and within the committed timeline.
9. Maintain order records and keep customers updated throughout the process.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
