About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA.
2. Create, optimize, test, and evaluate prompts to improve model performance, accuracy, and user experience.
3. Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python for backend services and https://jobeax.com/link/6WcBICn0LM558SP0 for frontend development.
4. Integrate AI models and APIs into business applications and workflows.
5. Build scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS or GCP.
6. Analyze AI-generated outputs and continuously refine prompts, workflows, and system behavior.
7. Implement best practices for model orchestration, prompt management, and LLM evaluation.
8. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
9. Participate in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and deployment of new AI use cases.
10. Ensure application reliability, performance, security, and scalability.

1. Strong Forward Deployed/Solutions Engineer profile with an AI/LLM implementation focus.

2. Experience: 2+ years of software development, including 1+ year of hands-on AI/GenAI/LLM projects.

3. AI Development: Built AI/LLM features such as assistants, chatbots, copilots, or workflow automation using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or similar.

4. Client-facing: Experience working with clients/end-users, gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.

5. Backend: Strong Python + FastAPI/Flask/Django and REST API development.

6. Frontend: Hands-on React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS with frontend-backend integration.

7. GenAI: Strong Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.

8. Core Tech: SQL, database design, and sound software architecture fundamentals.

9. Impact: Resume must show measurable AI outcomes (hours saved, accuracy, ticket deflection, users onboarded, latency, etc.).

10. Stability: 1+ year average tenure across last 3 roles; max 1 stint under 1 year in the last 3+ years.

11. Education: Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.

12. Resume Quality: AI-generated, templated, or keyword-stuffed resumes will not be considered; candidates must rewrite before submission.

13. Preferred: Solutions Engineering, technical/implementation consulting, or enterprise integrations.

14. Tech Plus: Vector DBs, LLM evals/observability, Docker & AWS/Azure/GCP.
