About the job

Help run a YouTube music channel with 127,000 subscribers and over 12.5 million views, with AI tools at the centre of the work. We are mainly a YouTube school. Our lessons on piano, guitar, music theory and more reach learners worldwide. You will help turn every lesson into its best possible version: the design, the music and audio, the video, syncing, uploading and publishing, plus short-form clips.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and publish YouTube lessons: titles, descriptions, chapters, thumbnails and end screens.
2. Cut short-form clips from our long lessons.
3. Design thumbnails, cards and posters.
4. Sync audio and video, clean up audio and prepare files for the editor.
5. Use AI tools every day for research, captions, design and speed.
6. Track what works: views, watch time and comments, and suggest what to make next.

Where you will work: In person at our studio in Langford Town/Shanti Nagar, Bengaluru (No. 10, Berlie Street Cross, Shanti Nagar, Bengaluru 560025). This is not a remote or online job. Candidates already living in Bengaluru are preferred. If you are from another city, you are very welcome to apply, but you must be ready to move to Bengaluru at your own cost and join within two weeks.

Note:

1. Joining: immediately, within two weeks. Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
2. Growth: a clear salary review after 6 months and a path to the top of the band for people who own their work.
