Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Content Creator to help us build high-performing digital campaigns, product films, social media reels, and written assets. In this role, you will bridge the gap between human creativity and machine speed—transforming raw briefs into engaging, brand-safe, and commercially effective media using state-of-the-art generative AI tools

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted Production: Generate hyper-realistic videos, short-form reels, ad creatives, and visual assets using modern AI tools (e.g., Runway, Kling AI, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Midjourney).
  
• Concept & Scriptwriting: Translate marketing briefs and creative goals into compelling scripts, storyboards, and prompt sequences.
  
• Editing & Polish: Apply human editorial judgment to refine AI outputs—fixing artifacts, syncing voiceovers, adjusting pacing, and ensuring brand consistency.
  
• Multi-Platform Adaptation: Repurpose core concepts into platform-specific assets (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, or Meta ads).
  
• Workflow Optimization: Experiment with emerging AI workflows, prompt libraries, and automation agents to speed up production cycles while maintaining quality.
  
• Performance Analysis: Track engagement metrics, views, and conversion data to continuously iterate and improve content performance.
  

Requirements

Skill Requirements

• Experience : 1–3+ years / Freshers with a strong portfolio in digital content creation, video editing, or social media marketing.
  
• AI Tool Proficiency : Hands-on experience with AI generation and editing suites (Runway, Sora, Kling, HeyGen, Claude, ChatGPT, Canva Magic, etc.).
  
• Creative Judgment : Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and what captures audience attention in short-form and ad formats.
  
• Technical Agility : Fast learner who stays up to date on rapidly evolving generative AI models and techniques.
  
• Attention to Detail : Ability to spot and fix uncanny-valley glitches, audio-sync errors, or brand voice mismatches.
  

Creative & Content Skills

• Strong storytelling ability with a creative mindset
  
• Ability to convert raw ideas into engaging content
  
• Understanding of content trends (especially social media)
  

Soft Skills

• Good communication and collaboration skills
  
• Attention to detail (editing, transitions, audio sync)
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
