About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Agentic engineering architecture:
1. Design TGC's end-to-end Agentic software development lifecycle (A-SDLC)
2. Build and configure specialized agents for frontend, backend, database, QA, security and DevOps activities
3. Design effective system prompts, context engineering, tool access, agent memory and orchestration
4. Establish agent-to-agent workflows and human approval gates
5. Create reusable engineering instructions and standards across TGC products

B. Application architecture:
1. Own and guide architecture across Angular and TypeScript
2. Design and manage Angular Micro-Frontend architecture
3. Develop and maintain .NET/ASP.NET Core architecture
4. Design and implement REST APIs
5. Design and manage microservices architecture
6. Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases
7. Implement and manage Azure cloud services
8. Manage API integrations
9. Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC)
10. Design and maintain scalable, multi-tenant SaaS architecture

C. Agentic development:
1. Manage the end-to-end process from requirements and architecture to agent instructions, generated code, testing, security validation, and deployment
2. Resolve agent-related issues without defaulting to manual coding
3. Diagnose agent failures caused by context, instructions, architecture, tooling, permissions, test coverage, or model limitations
4. Improve the agentic system based on identified failure causes

D. DevOps & deployment:
1. Design AI-assisted CI/CD workflows
2. Implement automated build, testing and deployment
3. Work with Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines
4. Implement Infrastructure as Code where appropriate
5. Manage Azure Key Vault and application secrets securely
6. Establish automated rollback, logging and monitoring

E. Engineering governance:
1. Create and enforce agent-first development standards
2. Establish and maintain coding and architecture standards
3. Define and enforce automated testing requirements
4. Implement AI-generated code review processes
5. Conduct security validation
6. Establish human approval gates
7. Implement production deployment controls
8. Maintain documentation and traceability of agent-generated changes
