Responsibilities:
1. According to the company& business development plan, please independently complete the maintenance of the EMU video system assigned by the competent Railway Bureau to ensure the normal operation of the system;
2. Identify hardware faults and carry out on-site maintenance;
3. Sign the after-sales service report.
4. Collect equipment fault information;
5. Feedback the fault information of the equipment to the engineering department, which will send it to the quality department, R & D department and other relevant departments to provide accurate reference for the company's product performance improvement.
6. Properly handle the relationship with Party A and maintain the good image of the company;
7. Provide on-site training for customers and complete all specified tasks.
8. With the improvement of your technical ability, you will gradually become a technical support engineer or senior technical support engineer.

Requirement:
1. Master the basic theoretical knowledge of computer network
2. Understand the basic knowledge of electronic circuits
3. Familiar with news and knowledge of multimedia audio-visual industry
4. More than three years of after-sales service or related work experience, able to independently complete equipment installation, debugging, hardware product fault identification and on-site maintenance.
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
6. Familiar with basic computer operation, able to use AutoCAD, Visio and other drawing software.;
7. Good at language expression and communication with customers.
