We are looking for an After Sales Engineer with experience in equipment servicing, mechanical component replacement, electrical circuit troubleshooting, wiring, and equipment parameter debugging. Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial equipment/machinery after-sales service will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Dismantle, inspect, and replace mechanical components of equipment at customer sites.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits and perform wiring operations on-site.
Perform equipment parameter setting, configuration, and debugging.
Conduct cleaning and machine-operation training for on-site operators.
Inspect equipment after machine use and ensure proper cleaning and operating practices.
Provide on-site technical support and resolve equipment-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical troubleshooting and service requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in after-sales service, equipment service, machinery maintenance, or field service engineering .
Ability to understand and interpret 3D drawings .
Hands-on ability to independently dismantle and replace equipment components.
Good understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and circuit fault diagnosis .
Experience in equipment parameter setting and debugging .
Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Willingness to travel to China for approximately 2 weeks of training after joining .
