Job Description : Must Have Skills : - Good Communication Skills : Ability to interact with customers independently with good articulation and confidence.- Digital marketing experience, with Martech platforms implementation (Adobe/SFDC) from solution, design, and implementation specifically with AEP and AJO.- Database skills : Have good expertise of either of databases SQL/ Oracle /Teradata etc.- Data model design Skills for Marketing databases : Capability to query, work on aggregates, use filter conditions, Creation joins, define keys, set index etc.- Logical Programming knowledge, with either JS/ Python /PHP etc., Should be comfortable with HTML/CSS.- Understand complex data models (preferrable XDM) and the objective of marketing campaigns.- Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logics to customize journeys based on customer attributes and behaviours. Advocate for improvements.- Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues.
