Admission Counsellor – Job Description Position: Admission Counsellor
Location: Navalur, OMR, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Experience: 1–4 years

Job Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries and provide counselling regarding courses and career opportunities.
Explain course details, benefits, fees, duration, and career prospects to prospective students.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/student details.
Coordinate with the academic and management teams regarding admissions.
Maintain daily reports and records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Counselling, Inside Sales, BPO Voice, or similar roles.
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with sales-based responsibilities.
Experience in an education/training institute is an added advantage.
Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.
