About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact potential customers and inform them about products and services using strong profiling and pitching skills
2. Address all queries and doubts regarding products and services
3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas
4. Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management
5. Achieve weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven and competitive environment
6. Initiate telephonic conversations with clients or connect with them through Zoom, Google Meet, and other platforms
7. Generate and maintain the sales pipeline
8. Build networks and maintain lasting relationships
9. Work toward meeting sales targets and facilitating future sales
10. Analyze customer behavior and apply objection-handling skills to manage different situations during calls
11. Analyze and share feedback on customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team
