As an Administrative Assistant (AA), you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to multiple senior stakeholders across global regions, including APAC, EMESA, and the US. By providing seamless administrative support, you will help maximize stakeholder productivity and enable leaders to focus on strategic and value-added priorities.
You will collaborate closely with Administrative Assistants and business support colleagues across BCG's global organization to ensure seamless coverage, knowledge sharing, and consistent service delivery. Executive & Calendar Management : Proactively manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, coordinate meetings across multiple global time zones, and optimize stakeholders' time through effective scheduling, planning, and coordination.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams by delivering responsive, reliable, and professional support while exercising sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions.
Travel & Expense Management : Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel, prepare and manage travel itineraries, process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner and proactively resolve travel-related issues to ensure a seamless stakeholder experience.
Deliver high-quality administrative support through meeting and event coordination, preparation of business documents and presentations, maintenance of accurate records, and continuous process improvement. Collaborate closely with the Administrative Assistant community to ensure seamless coverage, knowledge sharing, and consistent service excellence.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 4+ years of professional experience in a multinational organization, professional services, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting global stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an administrative, executive support, or coordination role is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
