About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage daily store operations, administration, billing, and staff coordination.
2. Develop knowledge of laundry, dry cleaning, stain removal, and fabric care.
3. Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
4. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and feedback.
5. Drive business development, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
6. Develop partnerships with housing societies, corporate offices, hostels, and local businesses.
7. Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, reels, and promotional activities.
8. Manage WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, and online customer engagement.
9. Monitor sales targets, customer retention, marketing leads, and daily performance reports.
