Key responsibilities:

1. Managing student data entry with student management systems
2. Responding to and managing a range of student enquiries and issues
3. Coordinating and scheduling classes
4. Issuing Letter of Offer
5. Monitoring student Attendance and Course Progress
6. Processing and posting operational and non-operational invoices.
7. Managing business transactions, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
8. Verifying and maintaining financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
9. Clarifying questionable invoice items and obtain required payment information.
10. Reconciling bank statements and ensure all records align with accounting standards.
11. Working on Xero software to manage financial records.
12. Handling agent commissions and follow up on pending fee payments with students and agents..
