We are looking for an Admin executive (Accounts) to manage day-to-day administrative operations while providing essential support in accounts and finance. The primary focus of this role will be office administration, coordination, employee support, and maintaining smooth workplace operations, with additional responsibility for basic accounting and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Office administration - Primary responsibility:
1. Manage daily office operations and workplace requirements.
2. Coordinate office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, maintenance, and facilities.
3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and general administrative requirements.
4. Manage vendors and service providers and maintain related records.
5. Ensure smooth functioning of routine office activities.

B. Employee & administrative support:
1. Support employee onboarding and exit-related administrative activities.
2. Maintain employee files, forms, registers, and other administrative records.
3. Coordinate employee requirements and routine workplace requests.
4. Assist HR with documentation and internal administrative processes.

C. Basic clerical accounts:
1. Record and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment documents.
2. Process routine vendor invoices and expense claims.
3. Maintain petty cash and basic cash records.
4. Assist with accounts payable and receivable documentation.
5. Perform basic bank and ledger reconciliations.
6. Maintain organized financial files and supporting documents.
7. Assist with payroll-related data and documentation.

D. Documentation & coordination:
1. Maintain accurate physical and digital records.
2. Prepare basic reports, statements, trackers, and Excel sheets.
3. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
4. Follow up on pending documents, payments, and administrative requirements.

E. Compliance & operational support:
1. Support routine statutory, administrative, and internal compliance documentation.
2. Identify discrepancies in records, bills, or expenses and coordinate for resolution.
3. Provide general operational support wherever required.

Other requirements

1. Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or clerical accounts.

2. Familiarity with Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing, petty cash, and reconciliations.

4. Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and priorities effectively.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee, financial, and company information.

6. Ability to work independently and take ownership of routine administrative responsibilities.

7. Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced work environment will be an advantage.

8. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in Delhi NCR.
