We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L2 Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 (O365) administration and support. The candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting identity, access, messaging, and collaboration services in a hybrid enterprise environment.
Responsibilities

Administer and support Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
Manage users, groups, service accounts, computer objects, and Organizational Units (OUs).
Troubleshoot authentication issues related to Kerberos, LDAP, DNS, and Group Policies.
