ICON seeks an Accounts Payable Associate for its Trivandrum office to process invoices, manage payments, and reconcile creditor accounts. The role involves handling AP vouchers, expense claims, and investigator payments while maintaining documentation compliance and supporting month-end close activities.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay accounts payable vouchers accurately and on schedule
• Reconcile creditor accounts and resolve supplier discrepancies
• Manage invoices, expense claims, and investigator payment requests
• Maintain documentation per statutory and compliance requirements
• Support month-end close procedures and AP re-engineering initiatives

Requirements

• 1.5+ years experience in accounts payable within multinational organizations
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of accounting systems, preferably Oracle
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Legal right to work in India
