Responsibilities
Process and pay accounts payable vouchers accurately and on schedule
Reconcile creditor accounts and resolve supplier discrepancies
Manage invoices, expense claims, and investigator payment requests
Maintain documentation per statutory and compliance requirements
Support month-end close procedures and AP re-engineering initiatives
Requirements
1.5+ years experience in accounts payable within multinational organizations
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
Knowledge of accounting systems, preferably Oracle
