About the job

Viable Outsource Solution is hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage accounting operations, tax compliance, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, invoicing, payroll, and accounting software like Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle GST filing and GST return preparation.
2. Manage TDS deduction, filing, and claim processes.
3. Prepare invoices and manage billing activities.
4. Process payroll and maintain salary records.
5. Prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
6. Maintain accounting records and reconciliations.
7. Work on Tally and other accounting software.
8. Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and compliance.

Additional details:

1. Shift Timing: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST (Day Shift)
2. Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
