About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Chartered Accountant (CA) with accounting and taxation-related activities by maintaining accurate financial records and providing timely documentation.
2. Maintain and organize invoices, bills, receipts, payment proofs, vendor details, and other financial documents.
3. Manage payroll activities, including attendance tracking, preparation of monthly salary data, maintenance of payroll records, and coordination of salary disbursements.
4. Maintain petty cash records, track day-to-day expenses, and manage employee reimbursement documentation.
5. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment schedules, outstanding dues, invoices, and supporting documentation.
6. Handle routine office administration, including documentation, filing, correspondence, record maintenance, and general office coordination.
7. Assist the CA in preparing and organizing data and supporting documents required for GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit activities.
8. Maintain employee records, attendance data, and other HR-related administrative documentation.
9. Use Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting tools for data entry, financial record maintenance, reconciliations, and routine reporting.
10. Support day-to-day office operations and ensure the smooth coordination of administrative and accounting activities.
