Job Brief

We are looking for an Accounts & Collections Executive to manage client payment collections for delivered projects while handling day-to-day accounting activities. The role requires strong client coordination, regular payment follow-ups, and knowledge of accounting processes.

Responsibilities

70% – Client Coordination & Collections

• Coordinate with clients to collect payments for completed and delivered projects.

• Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments.

• Share invoices and resolve client queries related to payments.

• Track collections, pending payments, and payment commitments.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.

• Record client payments and prepare outstanding payment reports.

30% – Accounts & Finance

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain financial records.

• Handle bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Assist with financial statements, monthly closing, and tax compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years Work experience as an Accountant
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like tally
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
