About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping - Passing all journal entries with proper paper and audit trail (Purchase/Sale/Expenses) with proper narration and references. Filing all paper trail documentation and calling for all documents to maintain proper records.
2. Taxation - TDS/GST and income tax database creation, preparing records, filing returns, and attending to CA queries.
3. Compliance - PF/ESIC/Professional Tax: preparing returns, making payments, and controlling documentary proofs.
4. Cost Control - Ensuring all cost centers are updated and correctly prepared
5. Document Control - Properly managing and filing all hard copy documentation, chronologically and correctly.
6. Learning applications - Tally ERP, Zoho Books and other Zoho apps, Winman, and other taxation related softwares.
