We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company's financial activities. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with accounting software, taxation, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.

• Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and general accounting records.

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist with GST calculations, GST returns, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.

• Monitor outstanding payments, receivables, and vendor accounts.

• Track business expenses and maintain accurate financial documentation.

• Assist in monthly financial closing and preparation of financial reports.

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for billing and payment-related matters.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain records for audits and compliance.

• Handle other accounting-related responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (https://jobeax.com/link/qWXnjFgQhSFTUarO) or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and applicable tax compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Tally or Tally Prime.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain financial confidentiality.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month , depending on experience and relevant skills.
