About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Accountant to join our team at Harshil Doshi Company. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities:
1. Manage all accounting operations using Tally software
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
4. Perform bank reconciliations and oversee accounts payable and receivable
5. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
6. Prepare tax returns and assist with audits
7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English, both verbally and in writing
8. Coordinate with clients for data follow-up.
9. Travel within Mumbai for audit purposes.
