About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage accounts for multiple firms or group companies.
2. Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, ITC reconciliation, and GST accounting.
3. Manage multi-location inventory accounting, stock transfers, stock reconciliation, and inventory valuation.
4. Process purchase and sales entries, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
5. Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliation.
6. Support TDS compliance and audit-related accounting requirements.
7. Manage manufacturing accounting, including raw materials, finished goods, production consumption, and stock movements.
8. Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime or other ERP systems and MS Excel.

3. Have strong knowledge of multi-location inventory accounting, stock transfers, stock reconciliation, and inventory valuation.

4. Demonstrate proficiency in purchase and sales entries, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliation.

5. Have working knowledge of Tally Prime, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

6. Have experience in intercompany accounting and reconciliation.

7. Possess working knowledge of TDS and audit-related accounting requirements.

8. Understand manufacturing accounting, including raw materials, finished goods, production consumption, and stock movements.
