Key Responsibilities:

Include reconciling accounts, monitoring payables and receivables, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The role also involves assisting with tax computations and filings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and preparing supporting documentation for audits or reviews. The Accountant will collaborate with senior team members, respond to client queries, and help improve internal accounting processes and controls.

Other requirements

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation.

Proficiency with accounting software (i.e., TALLY, SARA GST, etc.) and spreadsheets, with the ability to manage ledgers and reconciliations accurately.

Understanding of taxation and compliance requirements, with interest in learning to evolve regulatory frameworks.

Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to client interaction and teamwork.

Ability to work on-site full-time in the Noida, Uttar Pradesh Area, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as CA/CPA in progress) are an advantage.

Prior internship or experience in an accounting or tax compliance role is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum of 2 years of experience and fresher is preferred.
