We are looking for an  Accountant to oversee our financial records, tax compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and day-to-day accounting operations. In addition to ensuring full statutory compliance during audits, you will oversee essential Human Resources and Administrative functions and implement proactive Risk Management protocols across financial and operational activities.

• Financial & Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, record and verify financial transactions, handle invoices, receipts, and payments, and perform regular account reconciliations to clear outstanding items.
  

• Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Prepare periodic GST and TDS filing reports, compute tax liabilities, ensure full compliance with Income Tax regulations, and coordinate during annual audits.
  

• Human Resources & Payroll Administration: Oversee HR operational processes including full payroll processing, leave and attendance management, employee onboarding/offboarding documentation, and compliance with statutory HR regulations. 
  

• Administration Management: Supervise day-to-day office administration, vendor management, facility upkeep, and administrative procurement to ensure smooth internal operations and cost control.
  

• Risk Management & Internal Controls: Identify operational and financial risk areas, establish robust internal control mechanisms, monitor compliance gaps, and implement risk mitigation measures to safeguard company assets and data.
  

• Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial, administrative, and workforce operations.
  

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
  
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience working in Financial Services Industry.
  

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Software Mastery: Expertise in Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
• Taxation Portals: Hands-on experience with the GST Portal, TRACES Portal, and e-Filing Income Tax Portal.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  
• Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Tamil. Other regional language is an added advantage.
