Job Summary

 Jewellery Showroom is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP software, and MS Excel, along with the ability to handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and financial transactions.

• Maintain sales, purchase, cash, and bank records.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.

• Handle daily cash reconciliation and bank reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial documentation.

• Record GST-related transactions and assist with GST compliance and documentation.

• Monitor customer receipts, supplier payments, and outstanding balances.

• Prepare basic financial reports and assist with monthly account closing.

• Verify financial entries and ensure accuracy in accounting records.

• Coordinate with management regarding daily accounting activities and financial updates.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1  years of experience in accounting.

• Knowledge of Tally/ERP accounting software and MS Excel is required.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Familiarity with GST entries and accounting documentation.

• Jewellery showroom or retail industry experience will be an added advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible when handling financial records.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Working Schedule & Leave Policy

• Working Hours: 9:40 AM to 8:40 PM.

• Weekly Off: As per showroom policy and business requirements.

• Emergency Leave: Can be taken when required, subject to informing management.

• Other Leaves/Holidays: As per company policy.
