About the job

We are looking for a high-energy, people-oriented Account Manager who can manage a portfolio of astrologer partners, understand their challenges, resolve their concerns, and continuously help them improve their performance on InstaAstro.

This role requires someone who is excellent at communication, strong at convincing people, commercially sharp, and persistent. You should be comfortable having difficult conversations, following up repeatedly, solving problems, and finding ways to motivate partners to perform better. You will act as the single point of contact for your assigned astrologers and take ownership of their overall relationship and growth on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of astrologers.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for astrologer partners and understand their concerns.
3. Resolve partner issues by coordinating with internal teams such as Operations, Product, Tech, Payments, and Support.
4. Regularly communicate with astrologers regarding their performance, opportunities, incentives, campaigns, and platform updates.
5. Identify underperforming astrologers and create action plans to improve their performance.
6. Help astrologers improve key business parameters such as earnings, online hours, user repeat rate, call/chat duration, paid-user conversion, user retention, and ratings and reviews.
7. Motivate astrologers to increase their availability and engagement on the platform.
8. Handle escalations and difficult partner conversations professionally.
9. Convince and negotiate with partners when implementing new policies, processes, or initiatives.
10. Build trust with astrologers while maintaining InstaAstro's business objectives.
11. Track partner performance and proactively identify risks such as declining activity, low earnings, or potential churn.
12. Conduct regular performance discussions with astrologers and provide actionable feedback.
13. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
14. Maintain accurate records of partner conversations, issues, action items, and performance.
15. Contribute ideas and feedback from astrologers to improve InstaAstro's products and processes.

1. Astrologer retention.
2. Astrologer monthly earnings growth.
3. Active astrologer percentage.
4. Online hours and availability.
5. Repeat-user percentage.
6. Paid-user repeat percentage.
7. Average consultation duration.
8. Partner satisfaction.
9. Reduction in partner escalations.
10. Number of astrologers successfully moved into higher-earning and higher-performance cohorts.
