Unison Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development cum Account Manager to drive new business growth while managing and expanding key client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for IT staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and hiring managers.
Manage existing client accounts and identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Handle client meetings, proposal submissions, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
Drive vendor empanelment, MSA/SOW discussions, and strategic account development.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Business Development and Account Management within IT Staffing, Recruitment Services, RPO, Workforce Solutions, or IT Services.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Strong understanding of staffing/recruitment sales cycles and account management.
Experience in handling enterprise and mid-market clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
