We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and perform bank reconciliations
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Support the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
Coordinate with banks for account-related activities
Assist in internal and external audit processes
Track project-wise expenses and collections (if applicable)
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by management

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Good understanding of GST and TDS
Proficiency in MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills

Experience in real estate / construction accounting
Knowledge of RERA compliance
Proficiency in Tally ERP
Advanced Excel skills
