About the Role

Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes, assisting with payroll administration, maintaining financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities. Will be supporting our growing finance and operations team.

Responsibilities

· Assist with monthly payroll processing, including verifying employee attendance, working hours, overtime, leave records, and payroll inputs.

· Prepare and submit invoices to clients, councils, and funding authorities accurately and within deadlines.

· Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue invoices when required.

· Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.

· Support day-to-day accounting activities, including reconciliations and finance administration tasks.

· Liaise with Operations, HR, and Management teams to resolve payroll and billing-related queries.

· Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (https://jobeax.com/link/qWXnjFgQhSFTUarO), Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in accounting, billing, payroll, or finance administration.

· Problem Solving - Identifies billing or payroll discrepancies and takes initiative to investigate and resolve them promptly.

· Organisation & Time Management - Manages multiple deadlines simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet payroll and billing cut-off dates.

· Confidentiality & Integrity - Handles sensitive payroll and financial data with absolute discretion and in compliance with GDPR.

· Team Collaboration Works effectively within the finance team and cross-functionally with HR and Operations.

· Adaptability - Comfortable working in a growing business where processes are evolving; open to taking on new responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

· Experience within healthcare, home care, staffing, recruitment, BPO, or service industries, or UK clients is desirable.
