JOB TITLE: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. ----------------------------------------

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Support the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Coordinate with banks for account-related activities
• Assist in internal and external audit processes
• Track project-wise expenses and collections (if applicable)
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by management

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Good understanding of GST and TDS
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in real estate / construction accounting
• Knowledge of RERA compliance
• Proficiency in Tally ERP
• Advanced Excel skills
